Women’s Yoga & Mindfulness Group Forming Now!

The group is led by Lisa Hawks, LCSW.

Lisa is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and has been in the social work field for over 10 years working with youth, adults, families, and groups in the St. Louis area. She practices mindfulness, meditation, and is a Certified Yoga Instructor. Lisa can help if you are experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, etc. She also enjoys assisting clients with working on healthy relationships, communication, and conflict resolution.
